Knowledge of postal affairs is considered essential.

This individual will be expected to drive process solutions and have strong project management skills.

Role Objectives: · Manage a team of 2 in covering all fulfillment and order management tasks.

· Ensure processes are maintained to monitor and manage inventory on a daily basis.

Utilize IMP systems for efficient inventory management via MRP and inventory simulations.

· Work closely with the marketing team in evaluating demand forecasts and manage master distribution plans to ensure that efficient stock ordering and planning.

· Manage all inventory related costs from obsolescence write offs, destruction and recycling.

· Timely stock ordering with manufacturing team and vendor partner planners.

· Manage fulfillment vendors responsible for fulfillment of all IMP products.

· Work proactively with vendors to ensure continuous improvement and optimal production solutions for new and existing marketing materials and concepts as well as kit packing, fulfillment packing, distribution and postal requirements with a strong customer focus.

· Set up internal and external tracking and monitoring of service, quality, cost control and timeliness and reporting on all KPIs.

· Manage partners inventory related improvements and processes.

· Maintain the highest levels of customer service to internal and external customers.

· Responsible for order management of all new customer orders and ensuring a close loop process of processing all enrollments and shipping out products.

Experience and Required Skills: · Bachelors degree in operations, engineering or similar discipline, MBA preferred.

· 7-10 years in a fulfillment production environment, preferably in a direct marketing, publishing, and/or other marketing driven environment.

· Minimum 5 years in a management role in a professional environment.

Must have ability to develop individuals and establish positive team dynamics.

· Ability to manage vendor service contracts with constant evaluation and monitoring of service levels.

· Experience in fulfillment personalization preferred.

· Experience in improving business processes via continuous process review and incorporation of available systems technologies.

· Quick thinking and able make decisions for quick corrective action ensuring problems are overcome.

· Experience in creating, analyzing, and maintaining budgets.

· Self-starter who works well under limited direction.

Ability to work independently with high degree of initiative and drive.

· Excellent communication, written and presentation skills.

· Excellent computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

· Experience in project management and MS Project a plus.

· Experience in establishing/maintaining JIT processes.

· Strong analytical skills.

· Detail oriented with strong organizational and planning skills.

· Able to multi-task and handle multiple priorities in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

· Knowledge of USPS regulations a plus.
