Frontrange Developer Job in Frankfort 40622, Kentucky US
TEKsystems has a client in Frankfort, KY that is looking for a Frontrange Developer.
The position is a long-term contract.
The candidate must have experience with ITSM.
Description: - Provide leadership and development expertise in the configuration of the ITSM and IPCM modules of the Frontrange system.
- Must have the level of skills to provide leadership in architecture and design of the system.
- Provide leadership in assisting with defining how to implement basic functionality of the system.
- Ability to configure ticket workflow.
- Develop workflow within the knowledge base module for routing and approval of articles.
- Enhance the search capabilities by adding features and capabilities for quasi ad-hoc searches.
- Must understand and provide leadership in the database, data transfer, and loading of the customer data.
- Provide proven abilities in assuring data.
Desirable Skills: - Three or more years of professional experience in the Frontrange ITSM suite of products.
Required Skills: FRONTRANGE, ITSM, IPCMJoin TEKsystems® and get your career on the fast track.
