Front Office Java Fixed Income Dev Job in NY 10016, New York US
Work Description: · Expand, enhance and Implement Batch and Real-time Valuation and Risk Analytical Calculation.
· Responsible to support of liquid rates business including Options, Inflation and Exotics.
Work includes developing and enhancing Pricing and Trading Risk Management Analytics and building tools for valuation and exposure analysis.
· Follow release and production change procedures and work with the Quant and Middle-Office teams to deliver and maintain reliable and functional front-office pricing, market risk management and P/L Explain facilities.
· Communicate with traders directly to obtain requirement or address issues.
Experience and skill sets: · Strong verbal and written communication skills are must; · Being able to work in a team oriented setting is a definite requirement.
· 2+ years of hands on core java developer experience; · C# a plus; · Solid analytical skills and strong financial model background; · Knowledge and experience in Interest-Rate derivatives a plus · Ability to cope with rapid front office development and address production situation promptly; · Advanced degree in Computer science, financial engineering, math, physics or engineering is a huge plus.
