Front End Mail Order Pharmacy Manager, Failed Claims (exceptions) Overview: The ability to lead, inspire, and engage an associate is critical to exceed consumer expectations and deliver on Humana's brand promise.
The Front End Exceptions Manager drives operational execution in providing integrated pharmacy services to and for customers and partners by acting as a liaison, alleviating barriers to cooperation and collaboration, and encouraging ongoing feedback to ensure all associates can contribute at optimal levels.The Failed claims group consists of pharmacy technicians resolving claims that have been rejected during the adjudication process.
