French Speaking Collections Representative Job in Phoenix 85023, Arizona US
This position is a 4-12 week temporary assignment in our collections department.
The position pays $13 per hour and will work the 8am to 5pm shift.
Previous call center and/or collections experience is required.

•Initiating contact with our customers regarding amounts past due •Responding to incoming customer inquiries •Proficient with Microsoft Office products •Utilizing AS400/SAP and other internal systems •Analyzing delinquent customer aging reports to determine required severance actions Requirements for this position include: •High School Diploma/GED •Six months of collections experience •Current knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Act •Knowledge of commonly used collection concepts and practices •Well developed written and verbal communication skills •Excellent customer service skillsAccountemps is the world's leader in specialized temporary financial staffing.
