SummaryThe Replacement Parts Forecast Analyst will primarily manage the global supply chain process that directly impacts Webers day to day business with consumers.

This position requires daily communication and analysis to support production planning, forecasting, product replenishment, and logistics.

The Replacement Parts Forecast Analyst, a newly created position, will work directly with The Sales Planning Manager, to analyze global customer demand, and inventory position by sku. He/she will also work directly with Webers Logistics team, Production/Planning team, Export Managers, Subsidiary Managers, and the Domestic Sales Management team to ensure that service levels meet or exceed targets.

The Replacement Parts Forecast Analyst will also manage various projects for Webers Sales Planning Manager as assigned.

He/she will report directly to the Sales Planning Manager.

Additional responsibilities for this position include analyzing product performance against forecast for retail customers as needed.

He/she will provide direction on product planning based on retail demand throughout the marketplace.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Launch global analysis project review business and project future sales domestic & export - for Webers replacement parts business
Analyze Replacement Part Sales globally monitor forecast and recommend adjustments as business conditions dictate
Effectively research, understand, and communicate forecast variances while making recommendations based on historical trends and marketplace activities
Effectively work on cross-functional teams, contributing to the overall success of the Company
Openly communicate with Weber planning team regarding inventory availability, PO status, and product specifications in a timely manner
Meet regularly with materials manager to review raw material inventory levels and expected sales trends that will influence buying patterns
Develop rapport and earn trust with Weber planning team
Develop programs to measure product performance against forecast
Review sales data bases regularly, adding new historical data after each month end
Develop and distribute monthly sales reports
Become highly knowledgeable about Webers Replacement Parts business
Manage supply issues by providing resolutions
Expedite production and purchase schedules as needed
Manage various projects as assigned by Sales Planning Manager
Perform other duties as assigned Competencies/Qualifications
A bachelors degree in business management or a related field, with emphasis on mathematics or statistics
SAP experience desired
Certification in production and inventory control a plus
General retail knowledge replacement parts (spare parts) analysis experience desired
At least 3 years experience in the preparation of sales analysis and forecasts in a marketing environment
Demonstrates ability to prepare and analyze data
PC proficiency with MS Office, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including telephone, email, and direct contact with other members of Weber team
Strong interpersonal skills able to communicate very well in group settings
Detail orientated
Proven success in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Must have a creative approach to problem solving
Team player must work well with others in a concerted effort to maintain desired inventory levels
Must be highly enthusiastic and have a hands-on business approach
