Financial Reporting Analyst Job in San Francisco 94106, California US
We are assisting our client with their need for a Financial Reporting Analyst who has experience in the below listed areas.
Work with Client's business and legal to ensure financial report information is gathered, reviewed and signed off by the appropriate parties.
Reconcile annual report data, review annual report drafts and assist in the sign off of approximately 700 final annual reports.
Proofread to ensure that content and disclosure for the funds is complete and up-to-date.
Assist in creating a more streamlined risk controlled process for both sets of funds with an emphasis on the Alternative funds.
Work with Alternative Fund Administrators to ensure that all regulatory filings are completed in accordance with Cayman law. Qualifications
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
3 years of industry experience.
Working knowledge of investment securities preferred.
Strong project and time management skills, with ability to set and maintain priorities in a multi-task environment.
Excellent business judgment and strong analytical skills, with ability to identify issues and solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with business partners and cross-organizational team members.
