Financial Operations Clerk Job in Boston, Massachusetts US
HFSV66814Financial Operations ClerkResponsibilities: Process Payroll and Accounts Payable TransactionsProcess timesheets in multiple programs using an automated document scanning verification processEnter manual timesheet and agency invoice information into automated financial management systemReconcile and troubleshoot timesheets and transaction reportsCreate and maintain adequate budget files by participant for audit purposesEnter budget information and verify that invoices are authorized Identify documentation issues and report to supervisorAssist in Production of Regular Tax & Insurance Filings (5%)Process reports intended for consumers, providers, tax and labor agencies Prepare regular payroll filings to IRS and state agencies including New Hire and Criminal Background checksPrepare and distribute annual W-2 forms to employees, and 1099 forms to independent contractorsQualification: Bachelor's Degree or equivelent experience.
1-2 years experience in payroll and accounts payable, preferably in an automated system environment.
