Financial Manager Job in Springfield 01103, Massachusetts US
Financial Manager Court Square Group, Inc., an award-winning technology company, is seeking a Financial Manager to join our team in Springfield, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities include: · Verify and post cash receipts, expenses, and other journal or ledger entries· Review and enter bills into accounting system· Maintain clerical documentation of accounts payable and accounts receivable· Prepare client invoices, financial and operating reports including trial balances, adjustments and closing entries· Process employee reimbursements· Analyze and interpret accounting records for use by management· Month and year-end closings, credit card reconciliations, sales use and tax entries, fringe allocation journal entry, fixed asset reconciliation, other office duties as necessary Requirements: · Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business· At least 5 years experience in financial management· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions· Working knowledge of ADP payroll· OpenAir experience a plus· Strong attention to detail· Excellent judgment and ethics· Ability to maintain confidential information· Ability to prioritize and multi-task · Ability to work autonomously as well as in a collaborative, team environment Compensation· Competitive salary, commensurate with experience· Benefits package available includes: o Medical, dental, and vision insuranceo Life and disability insuranceo 401(k) plano Paid vacation and holidays To apply, submit your resume via Apply Now.EOE No phone calls please.
