POSITION SUMMARY This position is an analyst role focused on supporting Global Real Estate and Ad hoc/Special Projects.

Provide project management support for our New York Relocation Project: o Space planningo Conversion planningo Project management supporto Marketing liaison · Manage the development of all Real Estate MIS, including the Metrics dashboard and lease data base· Coordinate financial analyses for the Real Estate portfolio including the annual budget process, variance reporting, monthly reporting· Develop all necessary internal real estate/facilities management processes, such as: o Project trackingo New office openingso Reengineering the budget processo Coordinating global communications program with regions Provide project management support for Ad hoc and special projects: · Perform financial analytics to identify and fully capture savings opportunities· Produce senior management reports on projects and programs· Perform financial economic modeling support· Provide support in cost reduction and process improvement initiatives KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Global budget development· Financial analysis of real estate portfolio· Identification of expense management opportunities· Sourcing support for real estate projects· Project Management support for New York/London headquarters efforts· Process Reengineering KEY RELATIONSHIPS · Reports to VP Expense Management· Supports Global Head of Real Estate and Regional Real Estate Area Managers· Strategic vendor partners· Finance Peers specifically internal reporting team· Procurement Leads in Technology and Non Technology related areas QUALIFICATIONS · Must have Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or related field· Must have financial analysis experience including knowledge of basic accounting principles· Must have strong financial modeling, excel and powerpoint skills· Experience in management consulting or business advisory services a plus· Disciplined project management ability, particular emphasis on planning and organizational skills; detail-oriented· Ability to operate in a fast paced, hectic environment with little supervision and where multi-tasking is essential· Ability for critical thinking and outstanding analytic aptitude· Possess outstanding intra-personal skills and work ethic· Adept at developing presentations for Senior Management· Must have Senior level Corporate experience· Minimum of 2 to 3 years of work experience, financial services industry a plus ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS · Must have the highest ethical standards, excellent judgment, personal initiative, problem solving abilities, exceptional communications skills· Must have the ability to interact well and constructively with colleagues at all levels of the organization in both one-on-one and multidisciplinary team situations· The incumbent must have a strong ability to take complex ideas to real executable action steps, with a high results focus, he/she must also have the ability to embrace challenges to deliver results within expected time frames· Strong conviction to integrity, the importance of Corporate responsibility, governance, and compliance· Open to feedback and opinions, seeks change for the opportunity it presents· Must have the ability to be creative and anticipatory
