Financial Analyst Job in Fayetteville 72704, Arkansas US
Financial Analyst Pace Industries a leading provider of quality die casting, manufacturing and engineering solutions worldwide, is seeking a Financial Analyst at its Corporate Office in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
This position will provide Product/Cost Analysis support for Paces nine manufacturing (Die Cast) facilities.
Initially this position will be heavily involved in the implementation of Value Stream Costing at each of Paces facilities.
They will work closely with IT department and operations to ensure data integrity and will be responsible for working with Sales in understanding margin analysis by customer.
In addition, special projects will be assigned for a variety of teams and/or independent assignments designed to simplify/streamline the part costing process and reporting Requirements: - BS in Accounting/Finance- 3 + years experience in a Finance or Accounting capacity in a discrete (non-process) manufacturing environment- Strong understanding of Product Costing- Strong analytical skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operating systems- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel- Flexibility to travel as needed (approx.
20-30%)Only applicants with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance and 3 + years discrete manufacturing experience need apply.
