Financial Analyst - rapidly growing technology company Our client is a fast paced technology company located in Boston. Due to an internal promotion, they have an immediate opening for a financial analyst. This position will report directly to the manager of financial planning and analysis and will be a very high profile position on the finance team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to grow rapidly within the organization. Qualified candidates for this position will have 2-3+ years financial analysis experience within a mid sized or large company. Expert level excel skills are absolutely mandatory.  Job Responsibilities:Analysis of P&L and Balance sheetAssist with compilation of annual budget by division Responsible for tracking of budget vs actual results on monthly basis including analysis and explanation of material variancesMaintenance and upgrading of management dashboard reportSeveral ad hoc projects involving analysis of operations and staffing levels per division, etc. Required qualifications:4 year degree in accounting or finance2-3+ years of financial analysis experience (focusing on P&L and Balance Sheet) within a company of at least $50M in revenueExpert level excel skillsHigh energy level, strong desire to advance career Candidates fitting the above criteria should apply directly to acorrado@hollisterstaff.com
