Headquartered in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, Kronos employs more than 3,000 people worldwide.As part of the Sales Finance Group, this position will support the Financial Management, Metric Tracking, and Analysis of the Sales Organization & Field Marketing Organization.
Responsibilities will include the following: Creating, analyzing, and distributing internal financial reports to senior managementExpense forecasting and variance analysis for various groups within the Sales OrganizationServe as back up for the Sales Forecasting processFinancial ModelingSales BudgetingMonthly commissions for Inside Sales, Sales Associates, and Partner Development GroupsAd Hoc Reporting as neededThis position will report to the Finance Mgr of Sales Commissions.

Financial analysis experience, including modeling, forecasting, and budgeting is preferredExcellent systems skills.
Specifically, experience in Business Intelligence tools or data warehousing, Cognos Reporting tool, Oracle, and Incentive Management experience a plusProficiency in ExcelStrong quantitative and analytical skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills2-3+ years of experience as a financial analyst or similar position requiredEducation: BS/BA in Finance or Accounting, MBA desirable If interested, please apply online at http://track.
