CAS Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary for ITT, is seeking candidates to perform mid-level financial analysis and business management functions in support of the US Army Utility Helicopters Project Manager's Office.
The PM is creating organizations to support management of Other Government Agency's procurement of the H-60 Black Hawk helicopter and non-standard aircraft.
The successful candidate will coordinate between the engineering and logistics functions and programming, planning and control, budget execution, and contract management.
They will be responsible for long range planning; input of cost and schedule requirements into scopes of work and memorandums of agreement; program cost estimates, budgets and schedules for all work and perform financial analyses such as funding profiles and variance analysis.
Provides recommendations regarding use of government appropriated funds to meet requirements.
They will ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the OGA. They will incorporate contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines and will participates in the control of costs and schedules by maintaining cost schedule control system.
They will prepares the pricing information for government and commercial estimates and proposals and perform analyses and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and cost control guidelines.

Knowledge of and experience utilizing multiple funding appropriations required.
Long range planning, coordinating contracting activities, and earned value management highly desired.
Must have at least eight years of experience and a bachelor's degree.
Must be able to obtain a US Security Clearance which requires US citizenship.
