Please send resumes to susan.smith [at] adeccona [dot] com This is a great opportunity as the Finance Coordinator is for the District and responsible for all key back-office transaction processes, ie order entry, billing, and receivables / collections.

This position will also assist in the management of our key metrics and will be a focal point for the field on field transactions, timesheets, Request to Report Orders, P-Card transactions, etc .

The position reports to the District Service Manager and will work closely with our District Finance Analyst and Field Engineering Teams.

Essential Responsibilities: Order Entry - Own process responsible for timely and accurate entry, collection / consolidation of key documents, and acknowledgement of purchase order.

Responsible for information set-up in in the order management system (Oracle).

Billing - Own the internal and external service monthly billing process which entails: understanding terms and conditions of contracts, working with field team to resolve any discrepant timesheets, running reports using business objects, reconciling revenue and cost, entering data into our billing system (Oracle Paragon), and managing invoice delivery (e-mail, fax, mail).

Receivables / Collections - Responsibility for managing the past due receivables and assist the collections group in resolving ARC's (Account Receivable Claims).

This will entail running a weekly meeting with our finance team and contacting customers / field engineers to gather information for resolution.

Cost / Metric Management - Using Excel will generate key operating / finance metrics for district and send to District Finance Manager on weekly basis.

May perform some basic analytics with either District Service Manger or District Finance Analyst to help drive costs.

Administrative Duties - Own office supply management for district, generate reports to help reconcile key charges, on emergency basis assist field team in purchasing material, and help team manage the Request to Report Order process for District (RRO).The Adecco Group is a Fortune Global 500 company and the global leader in HR services.

Qualifications / Requirements Previous work experience in: accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections or other financial / accounting discipline.

Strong PC Skills - Specifically MS Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point.

MS Access a plus.

Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and meet key deadlines.

Effective oral and communication skills.

Desired 4-year business degree.

Knowledge / working experience with Oracle Financial or other ERP system, internal billing systems, and business object or other related database querying software.

Basic financial statement and understanding of key accounts: revenue, variable costs, contribution margin, operating margin, etc Detailed orientated with good analytical and problem solving skills.

Experience working in a fast paced environment.

Ability to work independently but also work within team.
