COM® financial news and information Web site provide news and insight to businesses and investors.The RoleBloomberg's Facilities Services Department has an open position for a Room Coordinator.
The position requires interaction with many internal departments such as News, Sales, Special Events, PC Support, and numerous external facility vendors and clients.
This position is responsible for managing all training room, auditorium and event space reservations for the buildings and ensure we are able to accommodate and prioritize the use of these spaces.
Position is also responsible for managing work tickets for their assigned client base.
This requires extensive use of an internal work ticketing system which manages all facilities related work requests.
This is done by utilizing strong relationship-management and coordination skills.
The position requires the person to multi-task and work in a fast paced / changing environment.
