Experienced Tax Associate Job in Lexington, Kentucky US
Our client, a public accounting and consulting firm has an immediate need for an Experienced Tax Associate with current public accounting experience.
This position will provide services to clients including consulting, tax planning, compliance and research.
The associate will perform in-charge activities on engagements and manage numerous projects with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities: Serve as an "in-charge" on tax engagementsStaying abreast of tax developments to effectively apply your knowledge to client situationsAssist as a client advisor on full spectrum of tax services including planning, research, and complianceProviding advice that enables client to increase shareholder value and develop client relationshipsSuccessful candidates will be highly motivated and possess a degree in Accounting and hold Certified Public Accountant certificate.
This requires 3 plus years of current tax experience in a public accounting firm.
Candidates must be experience with both corporate and individual taxation.
Experience with complex tax returns, trust, and partnership's is ideal.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be well organized and detail oriented.
This position requires effective research skills.
The position will require minimal travel.
