Experienced Administrative/Personal Assistant Job in Fountain Hills 85268, Arizona US
Job Description: Very small, extremely successful company in the Fountain Hills area has an immediate, long-term need for a full-time combination administrative/personal assistant.
Demonstrable, specific experience as both an administrative and personal assistant is absolutely required.
-This is an ideal position for a dynamic, discrete individual who likes working alone in a small office and truly enjoys functioning as both an administrative and personal assistant.
-Typical administrative duties include answering phones, client correspondence and responding to client requests, eventual management of smaller clients, creating presentations, travel arrangements, scheduling appointments/calendar management, handling mail, event planning and coordination, filing, etc. Occasional travel within the USA is required, as is a high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
-Personal Assistant duties primarily consist of running errands, airport pick-ups/drop-offs, occasional shopping, etc. Although it varies from week to week, the approximate breakout is 90% Administrative and 10% Personal Assistant.
-Our environment is strictly nonsmoking and you must have your own reliable vehicle.
-Hours are M-F 8AM-5PM.
Compensation begins at $30,000/year (commensurate with experience), and there is paid vacation after 1 year.
-Phone numbers for at least three employment references are required and they will be checked.
A drug test and background check will be performed and, due to the confidential nature of the work, a nondisclosure agreement will be required.Job Experience: Demonstrable, specific experience as both an administrative and personal assistant is absolutely required.
