Executive Director, Inbound Sales Job in Phoenix, Arizona US
International Cruise & Excursions, Inc (ICE ), an innovative leader in the Travel & Leisure Industry, has an opportunity for an Executive Director to join our Phoenix Based Call Center Management Team.
Our headquarters will be moving to a brand new Scottsdale location in late December! For more information about ICE, please visit our website at www.iceenterprise.com. Position Purpose: Directs and manages the inbound sales activities.
Develops sales plans, strategies, objectives, policies and work procedures in accordance with corporate marketing objectives.
Directs the objectives and activities of sales staff; works with Training Department to ensure that sales training programs are effective.
Works with supervisors to ensure they are utilizing effective sales coaching techniques.
Essential Duties
1. Work with sales supervisors to develop coaching strategie
2. Make presentations to agents, supervisors, and executive management regarding sales performance and sales strateg
3. Lead sales and operations team meeting
4. Working with supervisors, HR, and employees on Employee Relations issues & Recruitin
5. Evaluate the effectiveness of supervisors reporting to this positio
6. Work with OVS Cruise on updates and redesigns to system
7. Work with Yield and Marketing to identify and distribute high profit sailings *Responsible for 200-300 employees *Responsible for annual call center volume of 955,000+ calls Qualifications/Requirements of the Position: College degree, preferably in Business or related discipline; 5-7 years Sales experience, of which 3-5 should be in Travel Sales 3 years in Cruise Sales Management preferred.
Basic knowledge of computers and travel booking systems Excellent presentation skills in small and large group settings
