Executive Compensation Manager Job in Naperville, Illinois US
The primary responsibilities of the Executive Compensation Manager are: * Develop and administer long-term incentive programs* Plan, develop and implement cash and equity-based compensation programs for the organization; provide leadership and technical direction to problem resolution, teamwork support, collaboration with other HR functions * Analyze compensation needs of the organization and design and administer programs in support of business objectives and reward philosophy* Manage the Compensation Committee rotating calendar and preparation for Board Meetings and annual Proxy Filing* Perform market studies on compensation plans to ensure compliance and competitiveness in the market * Participates in special projects, as requested/required The minimum qualifications of the successful candidate are: * 8-10+ years experience in Human Resources and/or Compensation * 4+ years experience in a leadership position within the Compensation area of an organization, including executive compensation * 2+ years experience in stock program design and management * Industry knowledge of and experience in compensation and incentive program planning, design and development * Excellent written and communication skills * Strong organizational skills with excellent ability to multi-task * Excellent relationship management abilities with all levels within an organization
