Executive Assistant to the President Job in Terre Haute 47807, Indiana US
Thompson Thrift has an immediate opening for an Executive Assistant to our President.
The successful candidate must be a motvated self-starter with ability to multi-task, prioritize, handle confidential information and demonstrate excellent judgement and poise .
We are looking for candidates who have at least 5+ years of experience working in an Executive Assistant role with demonstrated administrative and computer skills.
* Provide high-level administrative support.
* Effectively plan and manage schedule and calendar* Arrange all travel logistisics* Prepare and distribute executive correspondence through professional email and letter writing.
* Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
* Coordinate department meetings, schedule internal and offsite meetings.
* Assist with corporate presentations and participate in special projects as needed.
* Assist and process personal expense reports and finances.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
