Executive Assistant to the President & CEO Job in Spring 77373, Texas US
Responsibilities: Provide high level executive support Offer strong project management skills to deliver task on or before the deadline Manage multiple projects across a company-wide platform to ensure on time delivery, working with all level of management Monitor and update the President regarding projects assigned to various departments Research vendors for products and services requested by the President Travel with the president to provide assistance at PR events Prepare complicated reports and statistics using Excel and Access Create savvy presentations in PowerPoint Maximize the President’s time – maintain an accurate calendar in Outlook Develop memo’s, policies and procedures, proposals, emails and other forms of writing under the direction of the President Liaison between President and staff and must be able to answer questions on President's behalf Act as the liaison between Xtreme Lashes and an outside benefits company Prerequisites: Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook Must have prior project management or management experience with the ability to make executive decisions OUTSTANDING verbal communication skills, written communication and proofing skills Ability to Travel 10% to 20% of the time Fast learner with the ability to work in a fast paced constantly evolving environment Passionate about assisting and supporting executives Extremely organized and very detail oriented Self starter with the ability to work under little or no supervision with a strong desire to excel Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience Profit Sharing Bonus Program Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401K Paid Time Off Long Term Disability Subsidized gym membership Req.
