Executive Assistant Job in Yonkers 10701, Massachusetts US
RAM Scientific has been in business for over 17 years and is a small medical device company specializing in capillary blood collection devices, located in Yonkers in Westchester County, New York.
www.ramsci.com We are looking to add to staff an Executive Assistant to act as an integral part of the RAM Team.
Duties will include: · Office Administration including day-to-day support for both COO and CEO (may include some personal task management)· Direct contact with HR consultant/PEO · Managing schedule for COO and of CEO as well as daily agendas · Keeping company calendar updated · Travel planning for COO/CEO · Basic office filing, shipping, incoming and outgoing mail · Administrative support of Sales and Marketing as needed · Day-to-day IT support with support from IT consultant · Ability to manage and direct CEO and COO· Inventory and order support in conjunction with COO (order processing) · Project support/management in a variety of disciplines· Ability to write and edit processes and procedures· Ability to assist with A/P, data entry and basic support of the finance department· Ordering supplies, keeping office clean and tidy, phone system support Must haves: · Able to lift up to 25 lbs· High level of self direction and initiative· High level of motivation and intelligence· Proficiency with MS Office· 100% accuracy with little direction If you have a Bachelors degree and meet with the above mentioned job requirements, please forward a Word or PDF copy of your resume to Jbulian [at] insightperformance [dot] com .
