Executive Assistant Job in Tewksbury 01876, Massachusetts US
Our Client, a public accounting and consulting firm is seeking an individual to join the Executive Assistant Team.
As an Executive Assistant responsibilities will include: Highly detailed administrative support to 5 executives, client relationship management, heavy calendar coordination, active participation in sales and business development activities which will include proposal development and management of process.
The ideal candidate will possess: Professionally poised, articulate communicator, creative, innovative thinker Extremely organized and detail oriented with the ability to effectively manage the needs of multiple executives throughout the day Excellent computer skills, specifically in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel as well as the ability to quickly learn industry related software A high degree of professionalism, an exceptional work ethic with the ability to work a flexible schedule which may include overtime throughout the year Career history in professional services industry preferred 5+ years experience supporting partner level executives Client service/business development experience required Assoc.
