Our goal is to establish, oversee and coordinate quality policy and practices ensuring alignment to Raytheon and IDS and enabling Mission Assurance This position will provide Executive Administrative support to Seapower Capability Systems (SCS) Quality Team and will report to the Director, SCS Quality.

Candidate will be responsible for excellent office management and administration of: * Daily business administration and coordination at an Executive Level * Calendar management and coordination of meetings and conferences and assist in the prioritization of calendar events.

Include using technology to maximize efficiency - ie VTC, Teleconferencing, Sametime * Travel arrangements * Expense reporting * Minute taking and metric tracking * Interfacing with senior business leadership, external domestic and international customers/suppliers and other Raytheon businesses * Preparation of presentations and reports utilizing Power Point and Excel - requiring analytical skills to insure presentation accuracy * Ability to develop databases and track items within the business area * Performance of special projects as required * Some travel may be required Executive Assistant Basic Qualifications * Minimum 8 years administrative experience * Demonstrated expertise in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Lotus Notes * Demonstrated success in planning and organizing schedules and events * Demonstrated experience effectively managing confidential information with discretion, tact and diplomacy * Demonstrated experience supporting a leader in a complex environment, understanding executive level protocol * Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize work and get results within a multi-tasking environment while maintaining flexibility * Demonstrated ability to successfully adapt to an ever changing environment where priorities can rapidly shift * Bachelors Degree (Majors: Business Administration, International Business, or Political Science) Desired Qualifications * Excellent verbal and written communications skills * Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills * Excellent judgment * Comfortable engaging with senior level internal and external domestic and international customers/suppliers * Proactive and self-directed * Thorough understanding of money exchange, lodging differences and travel support * Ability to operate effectively and efficiently in a dynamic and distributed team environment * Previous RTN, DoD and/or industry experience preferred * Knowledge of Raytheon's businesses, both domestic and international * Certified Six Sigma Specialist.
