Executive Assistant Job in Kansas City 64101, Missouri US
Ajilon Office is currently searching for an Executive Administrative Assistant to support multiple executives for one of our top clients! This exciting temp to hire position offers a professional working environment with a well established team, stable work life balance and a chance to work for an industry leader!As the Executive Administrative Assistant you will support multiple executives and directors, up to 4 at a time, by managing calendars, provide daily assistance on long term projects, help coordinate events, prepare correspondence and newsletters, and be the main point of contact for all visitors to the department.
Great opportunity for an experienced administrative assistant to contribute immediately to a team that self proclaims they work hard and have a lot of fun doing it. Ideal experience includes supporting Executive level or higher with a proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Access and Power Point and test expert level in Excel.
A background supporting executives in an education setting is a plus!
