Executive Administrative Assistant Job in White Bear Lake 55110, Minnesota US
BioMedix is a developer, manufacturer, and worldwide distributor of vascular diagnostic devices and software solutions.
BioMedix currently has an immediate, full time opening for a highly motivated, professional Administrative Support person, with good communication and team working skills, and excellent attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task, and follow through.
Objective: This position provides administrative and clerical support to the President and CFO.Responsibilities are as follows:
Schedule and organize complex activities such as meetings, travel, and department activities for all members of the Senior Management Team.
Create and develop visual presentations for the President
Organize and prioritize large volumes of information.
Sort and distribute mail.
Open mail for the President and determine level of priority.
Answer phone for President.
Take message or field/answer questions.
Assist the President in the management of his schedule.
Handle confidential information
Work independently and within a team on special projects.
Act as a project manager for special projects, at the request of the President, which may include: planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information and organizing companywide events.
Type and design general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc. Desired Requirements: · Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
· Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
· Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) · Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
