Executive Administrative Assistant Job in Spartanburg 29306, South Carolina US
Position Title: Executive Administrative Assistant Classification: Non-Exempt Additional Information: N/A Position Description: Key Responsibilities: Provides day to day executive administrative support to the President and other designated members of the management teamDevelops agendas and documentation for meetings, coordinating material preparationOrganizing of events/engagements, managing appointments/calendarPrepares professional internal and external communications with little guidance Research projects using internet and other materialsProvide support to marketing effortProvides personal support to the President and Vice PresidentPeriodic support of general office duties in absence of office administrator: phone, coordinating with vendors, etc. All other high level administrative duties as required Position Requirements: 5 10 years administrative experience, preferably in an Executive Assistant role2 5 years working with senior level managementAbility to work with and protect confidential information under all circumstancesExcellent computer skills and advanced proficiency in the use of all MS Office softwareAbility to type of minimum of 45 wpm without errors Excellent interpersonal communication skills Excellent written skills, with strong emphasis on accuracy and preparation of highly professional lettersAbility to think and work independently Excellent people skillsAbility to multi-task; must be highly organizedExcellent time management skills Strong attention to detailHigh sense of urgency and flexibilitySome over night travel may be requiredAbility to occasionally work some overtime and weekendsValid drivers license with clean driving record requiredSelf motivated and innovative
