Event CoordinatorUline, a leading international distributor of packaging & industrial supplies, seeks an Event Coordinator for their Corporate Office in Waukegan, Illinois (north of Chicago).
Corporate Office is moving to Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin (Kenosha County) - Summer, 2010.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS: Organize & schedule corporate event planning, including executive retreats, award programs, anniversary reward programs, on / off-site parties, intern outings & other special events Develop "lunch & learn" programs & arrange for speakers for these & other management events Coordinate training programs & track seminar attendance Must be outgoing, high-energy & comfortable with public speaking Strong organizational, detail & communication skills 5+ years event planning experience in a corporate environment required MS Office skills a plus Please visit www.uline.com/jobs for more information on our benefit package and open jobs.
