Position Overview: KELLY is in search of a Enrollment Reconciliation Administrator to resolve enrollment and rate discrepancies at the subscriber level as identified from carrier billing statements, census and monthly discrepancy reports.

Major Responsibilities include: · Review assigned carriers billing statements in a timely manner.

Address and follow to resolution all discrepancies identified.

· Work effectively with the Financial Operations team to troubleshoot any errors that arise during the reconciliation process with the goal of preventing discrepancies in the future.

· Maintain and update specified carrier spreadsheets on a monthly or as needed basis.

· Establish and maintain efficient communication channels with assigned contacts at the carriers as they relate to enrollment discrepancies.

· Learn and maintain sufficient technical knowledge of the EDI transmission process in order to effectively resolve carrier enrollment discrepancies.

· Track processing and system error trends, log types of errors and trace these errors back to more education within the organization.

Work with other departments on process improvements.

· Perform subscriber level audits at the group and carrier level as requested.

These requests can come from other Administrative Teams, carriers, brokers, clients, etc. · Notify respective admin teams and/or carriers of enrollment updates needed as result of a completed audit.

· Communicate effectively and interact well with personnel in all other KELLY departments.

· Ensure that all written correspondence is accurate and professionally pesented internally and externally.

· Other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications: · High School diploma, college degree preferred· Experienced and skilled in computer systems in a windows based environment, proficient excel skills essential.

· Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.

· Demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.

· Demonstrated ability to articulate clearly and effectively.

· Superior written oral and listening communication skills.

· Expends sufficient effort to meet day-to-day and special objectives.

· Consistent level of output equal to or greater than managers standards.

· Takes initiative to always be productively employed at maximum capacity.

· Takes personal responsibility for quality.

· Ability to perform tasks with minimum direct supervision but knows when to seek assistance.

· Ability to handle multiple activities and priorities, while maintaining a sense of urgency to meet and exceed customer needs.
