Entry Level Staff Job in Houston 77010, Texas US
Candidate must be flexible and excited about working in a fast paced company; have proven communication and organizational skills; and be willing and able to focus on both internal and external customer service to meet business needs.
Entry level Staff must reside in either Denver or Houston to be considered for this opportunity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Handle day to day client issues and escalate as necessaryFocus on improving client satisfactionPerform software testing of product releases or service packs Participate in Client User Group meetings / presentations Knowledge of application design and concepts practices and proceduresMay be assigned custom activities with differing degrees of requirements as neededWill work with senior level staff for direction and guidanceMaybe asked to give presentations to team and division leadersCandidate may be assigned other duties as required Special Skills/CompetenciesStrong Microsoft Office Excel and Word skillsAdditional software languages as C# VB. Net Oracle a plusGood verbal and written communication skillsCustomer Service skills and ability to interact with clientsEducation and/or Experience Bachelors Degree in Business Computer Science Liberal Arts Accounting / Finance and Communications preferred.GPA betwee
