THE POSITION Extensive sales and insurance trainingBuild and develop client relationships through direct phone salesIdentify prospective customers using established lead methodsLearn skills and effective strategies from current sales teamMaintain accurate account recordsEstablish long-term relationships by delivering exceptional consultative serviceDevelop thorough understanding of related products and services, and be able to cross-sell to existing clientsGrowth into management positions and other areas of the company possibleIDEAL QUALIFICATIONS Fun and outgoing personalityUnderstanding of sales process (sales experience is not required, but preferred)Highly energetic and motivated to succeedAbility to thrive and stand out in a fast paced environmentExceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and follow-throughEfficient time management and organizational skillsCompetitive spirit, but a team-playerBilingual - Spanish speaking preferredBachelor's degree or equivalent required
