Strategy, Inc. is currently seeking a Tenacious, Achievement Driven, Outside Sales representative to sell our client's services to Executives at small to mid size businesses.

Position Purpose: Develops and manages a sales territory and networking activity, focused on the office manager level - decision makers in all small-mid size business arena, to achieve sales and revenue goals within a regional community.

Adjusts and implements appropriate sales techniques to increase the regional communitys sales volume.

Desired candidate will have a bachelor's degree in professional sales, business, marketing, related area or equivalent sales experience, or at least some experience in finding and developing new client relationships in a sales related position.

Understands chosen industry and the value of services offered and utilizes a variety of sales concepts, practices, and procedures to demonstrate the value of the services offered to prospective clients.

Relies on experience and judgment, as well as track record of exceeding sales quotas to plan and accomplish goals.

This is an entry-level position.

However, some sales experience is preferred.

Client Manager Responsibilities: Identifies new customer and sales opportunities.

This job involves in person sales to business owners.

Prepares and formally presents proposals to business owners and office managers.

Aggressive revenue generation, within a defined territory, as evidenced through achievement of a $30,000.

Positively communicates and interacts with other departments for pre/post sales support, and responds actively and sensitively to the needs of customers with a focus on achieving high levels of client satisfaction.

Experience excelling in a dynamic, results oriented culture that requires adaptability to changes in procedures, processes, technologies, responsibilities, assignments, schedules, and unknown evolutions of sales team requirements (even on short notice).

Extensive local travel is required.

Experience effectively tracking sales activities in addition to understanding the importance of providing accurate sales forecasting and maintaining a realistic sales structure.

Demonstrates enthusiastic professionalism, superior communication skills and an unwavering commitment to delivering client value.

Skilled at identifying potential challenges in the sales cycle and communicating alternatives.

Solid listening skills with the ability pick up on verbal and non-verbal signals displayed by prospective customers and adjust sales style and process to meet the needs of the prospective customer.

Actively participate in sales team meetings, including sharing sales experiences and ideas towards the development and implementation of sales techniques and strategies designed to improve the efficiency and increase the productivity of the sales teamProfessional Experience Preferences and Requirements: Business, Accounting, or Marketing degree with an emphasis on sales and or entrepreneurial studies preferred; or equivalent experience, in addition to: 2-5 years experience consistently exceeding sales quotas as an individual in a sales related industry ie retail, restaurant, debt collection, etc. Experience in solution sales with a minimum of two (2) years of experience selling services in aforementioned industries Willingness to travel, majority will be local travel; some overnight travel may be requiredYou will benefit from: Competitive pay structure.
