Enterprise Account Executive, Schaumburg, IL Job in Chicago North, Illinois US
NorthCentral Business ServicesThis exciting new position will play a key role in the growth and expansion of business services and product offerings at Comcast Business Services.
The individual in this role is primarily responsible for the sale of Comcast Internet, High Capacity Data, Video, and Voice based services to mid-size and large businesses.
Working as part of a team, this individual will be responsible for driving sales using an array of prospecting activities, and will design and deliver live sales presentations to prospective business clients.
This role will develop relationships with individual businesses and the community, and will position the Comcast brand as key components of the sales strategy, and in keeping with Comcast's touchstones.
Ongoing cultivation of relationships with customers after the sale is closed will be critical to ensure ongoing satisfaction with Comcast and its products.
As part of sales process, create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services.
Promote the sale of bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer.
Sell with goal of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets.
Stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace.
Develop sales territory, including cultivation of local business partnerships and organizational affiliations.
Actively generate new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
Actively seek ways to promote and position the Comcast brand within territory.
Retain customer base by delivering on the Comcast credo, ensuring a superior customer experience.
Maintain and build customer relationship to drive customer retention, working with internal teams to ensure our operational efficiencies and service levels meet and exceed customer expectations.
Maintain accurate and quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required.
Adherence to all company standards and business professionalism.
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills: Proven track record of sales, including five or more years of business-to-business outside sales experienceProven track record of success in telecommunications sales preferredPreferred experience with following: Internet Technologies, Functionality & ServicesVoice Network Technologies (including VoIP)Data Networking Technologies, Functionality & Services (LAN, MAN, WAN,VPN)Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery conceptsSelf starter with excellent time management and business sales skills.
Excellent verbal and written communicator, with strong presentationskillsStrong persuasive abilities and negotiating skills.
Results driven with focus on goal achievementStrong customer service orientation with excellent follow upTechnical aptitude and strong knowledge of computers and the InternetProficient in MS Excel, MS WordMust be a team player, able to handle ambiguity, anticipate and react tochanges quickly in a fast paced environment.BA or BS Degree preferably in Business or Sales and Marketing, orthe equivalent in work experience.
60%+ out of the office meetings with customers; must have a car and valid driving license.
