Engineering Technician Job in 05641
SBE has immediate openings (temporary leading to fulltime employment) and expected future openings to support our market growth and recently announced Department of Energy Grant.
These openings will be in support of the manufacturing of SBE capacitor related products.
* Engineering Technician - Electrical Testing & Final Inspection.All Employees are expected to have Specific Job Skills and Requirements: * High School education or equivalent.
Experience may be substituted for education.
* The ability to work independently and in regards to safety procedures.
* The ability to read and follow written procedures, work instructions and product specifications.
* Flexible and adaptability with the availability to work overtime on short notice.
* Team mentality, good communication skills and the ability to use good judgment in making decisions are a must.
* Must have problem solving skills, mechanical aptitude, and comfortable working with machines.
* Basic math skills; able to use chart or calculator to perform work functions.
* Ability to carry out simple and/or routine machine maintenance.
* Good vision abilities are critical and include close vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus quickly.
* Basic (or better) compute r skills are highly desired.
