Location - Louisville, KY or Rochester, NYENGINEERING TECHNICIAN IBASIC FUNCTIONThe Engineering Technician I provides field support, supply and track punch list material; creates and maintains bill of materials base on circuits and layout drawings; maintains submittal logs for jobs; creates site reference materials; generates tags, detail, detail check, and generation of pull sheets for shop/field tests; CAD interlocking circuits/details/layouts/energy loops for projects; and tests jobs, continuity and breakdown.

BASIC EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING REQUIREDA.

Two year certificate (college or technical school) electrical related.

Familiarity with Transit and Safetran partsC Experience working with Baan inventory programD Knowledge of electricity.

TECHNICAL ABILITIESA.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
