ˇ BSME, similar or betterˇ Experience managing broad scope of projects and talentˇ Leadership, Initiative, Drive, Executive presenceˇ Relevant Industry Experience The Engineering Manager is responsible for directing the the Engineering department in the developing and implementing plans for new and existing products, and assisting in the communication with other departments; and identifying and developing projects in support of the companys strategic goals.
EXPERIENCE IN BRINGING YOUR DEPARTMENT TO THE NEXT LEVEL 10 years experience in HVAC preferred; Controls, Heat transfer, Combustion, Large consumer Appliance, Foodservice Equipment or related products may be applicable.
Well developed leadership practices and interpersonal skills effective across cultural boundaries, excellent verbal/written communication skills.
