Responsible for technical and operational leadership for service projects and post-sales product support.
Acts as the Subject Matter Expert for Service on Baxter Cross Functional Teams.
Represents Global Technical Services on Baxter Cross Functional Teams, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Design Center of Excellence (DCoE), Customers, and the Global Service organization.
Working inside and outside the global service organization, is accountable for Service Deliverables on assigned projects.
This includes Service Deployment Planning, warranty policies, service documentation, validation of service processes and coordination of implementation.
Contributes a high degree of service knowledge to new product design efforts, post market product improvements and value-added service offerings to the customer base.
Heavily involved in the Product Support process.
Manages the technical components of equipment recalls and field corrective actions.

Provides input to product and service changes to assure customervalue and effective deployment.
