Engagement Manager - Project Solutions Job in Boise 83702, Idaho US
Description: - Supplier Manager will be the person authorized to act as the primary point of contact for Supplier and will be responsible for Suppliers performance under this SOW- Manage the contingent staffing needs of the customer- Maintain effective client relationships; keep priorities focused in terms of client expectations - Anticipate needs of the client and ensure client issues are resolved in a timely fashion- Customize, enhance and coordinate all new staff screening, interviewing and hiring to maintain staffing commitments- Counsel employees to more effectively meet performance metrics under this SOW- Plan for and provide backups during absences as required to meet agreed upon HP objectives- Handle planning and scheduling for staff activities and communicate them to HP- Provide monthly accomplishments and objectives; report to HP by the 15th day of each month- Arrange with HP for staff equipment needsQualifications: Manage the contingent staffing needs of a major Manpower Client.
Responsible for overall team delivery, workload distribution, meeting client expectations, time off taken in terms of potential adverse effect to productivity, using paid-time-off practices for processing, timesheet approval for team and or team supervisor (if team has a supervisor), invoice review and approval (for the client and for Manpower) and directly performing or overseeing the developing and conducting of performance evaluations, coaching sessions and or performance expectation plans; directly performing and working with the client, the program manager to plan for and forecast demand, volume, identifying change in business need, positioning the team to meet and exceed client expectations and identifying new service needs and working the program manager to develop accordingly.
- Bachelor's Degree, or 4 years of technical and or business education- 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience- Business management expertise ie resource management, project management, budget management- [Has] successfully applied value-driven and results-oriented management methodology- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and motivate others.
