Employee of Future Agent Job in Winfield 60190, Illinois US
Job ID: 181Position Description: Employee of Future State Farm AgentAre you outgoing and customer-focused? Do you enjoy working with the public? If you answered yes to these questions, working for a future independent contractor State Farm Agent may be the career for you! You will receive the necessary training needed to pursue this opportunity.
You will be hired by State Farm Insurance Companies, the insurance and financial products company, and SourceRight Solutions for a short co-employment period of up to 90 days to satisfactorily complete the training and licensing.
Once the licensing and training is complete, your employment with State Farm and SourceRight Solutions will end, and you may be considered for employment with an independent contractor State Farm Agent.
Background and credit check will be required.
Position Requirements: *Ability to learn computer functions*Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred*Provide timely and thorough activity reports to agent*Ability to make presentations to potential clients*Ability to execute a detailed business plan*Ability to assess client needs and conduct effective sales interviews*Ability to effectively relate to a client*Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs*Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams*Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening *Excellent interpersonal skills *People-oriented *Achieve manually agreed upon marketing goals *Ability to conduct interviews in the office and in client's home or business *Ability to assess client needs and conduct effective interviews.
