Challenges and Responsibilities Perform daily messaging administration tasks Perform routine mobile device administration tasks Administer backup and recovery processes Execute routine messaging maintenance tasks Resolve day to day servicing of email service requests Assist Customer Support agents with troubleshooting issues Resolve trouble tickets escalated from Tier 1 customer support group Conversion of message environments as a result of corporate acquisition Provide assistance in reviewing processes on periodic basis to ensure they are valid and functioning as expected Skills and Requirements Required: Lotus Notes/Domino Administration skills: Domino administration process Mail routing, tracing, tracking, and troubleshooting Access control at the server, database, and document level Troubleshooting Lotus Notes client interface, including mail templates Log analysis and error resolution Replication schemes Policy deployment and executionBlackBerry Enterprise Server Administration skills: User provisioning Device troubleshootingFamiliarity with Microsoft Windows Clients and Servers Lotus Notes Application Support development skills: Lotus Domino Designer client Lotus Formula LotuscriptManagement of 3rd party Lotus Domino products (Quickr, Sametime, etc) Excellent analytical and communication skills: Assist Customer Support agents through direct or written documentation Ability to walk callers through issues without knowing their individual systems Optional: Microsoft Exchange Experience (Integration and Conversion) Experience with Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM)Experience3+ experience with Email/Messaging administration.
