Electric Analyst Job in Buffalo, New York US
Local energy company is looking for a Lead Electric Analyst/Trader.
This position is responsible for the daily supervision of all electric operations including forecasting, scheduling purchasing of electric supply, capacity auctions, financial transactions, pricing methodology, EDI files, and to provide support to the Controller in the form of analysis and reconciliations.
Must Have Qualifications: At least two years of relevant experience in the ESCO Electricity industryBachelor Degree in related field Strong reasoning, analytical, problem solving, and computer skills (Excel)The ability to focus on the details without losing sight of the big pictureStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a time sensitive and demanding environment Our client provides a competitive compensation and benefit package that includes: health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
