Works as part of the Information and Content Management providing consulting in the Enterprise Content Management disciplines of Records Management and Document / Image Management
Assists large, global clients with the definition of ECM/RM strategies, road maps, execution plans, and ultimately manages the solution implementation
Provide a wide variety of functional services, including requirements definition, solution definition, systems analysis, strategy/roadmap, risk assessments, and advisory consulting
Operates as an engagement manager or senior project manager, ultimately responsible for the successful delivery of ECM/RM engagements
Leads practice development activities including business development, resource development, mentoring and cross-training Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesWorks on projects of all sizes to provide deep functional ECM/RM expertise related to solution offerings to support deliverables and/or project objectives.

Utilizes varied ECM/RM knowledge and skills to support and deliver on internal initiatives.

Activities may include:
Performing work and managing tasks based upon knowledge of the client, solution, or industry
Subject-matter expert or key team member in the development of complex ECM/RM deliverables
Providing vision and thought leadership in the development on ECM/RM strategy and roadmap activities
Utilizing analytical, process, and/or functional skills to meet project objectives and deliverables that are self-directed and within project scope
Managing large complex client engagements
Developing new business in the areas of ECM and RM
Contributing to internal initiatives and activities o Knowledge management o Mentoring less experienced consultants o Training o Other miscellaneous internal projects
Travels on a regular and expeditious basis throughout the United States and occasionally overseas to meet client requirements.

Essential Education, Skills and EnvironmentEducation and Work Experience
Bachelors degree in a Business discipline, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or some related discipline required
Advance degree such as a MBA or MIS is a plus
8 + years of experience in ECM/RM; experience consulting with corporate legal groups a significant plus
2 + years of consulting experience is a significant plusSpecialized Knowledge and Skills
Demonstrates success in performing work on complex and/or large consulting or corporate projects
Strong communication and relationship building skills (written, interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation aptitude)
Analysis, research, systematic thinking, and problem solving skills
Ability to work well both independently and in teams

Experience with implementation, maintenance and/or support of ECM solutionsECM Knowledge and Skills
Implementation experience with one or more industry standard ECM suites (SharePoint, Documentum, FileNet, Stellent/UCM, Interwoven/Autonomy)
Conducting interviews, workshops, and focus groups to understand ECM needs
Experienced gathering functional and technical requirements
Development of governance models and strategies to sustain ECM implementations
Demonstrate ECM expertise by translating complex ideas into executive-level presentations
Development of user adoption strategies, user testing plans, and user research strategies to successfully introduce and support ECM implementations
Practical understanding of business process management and workflow development
Intermediate skills utilizing Visio, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and MS OfficeDesired Skills
Experience with ECM/RM strategy and road map projects
Implementation best practice utilizing industry-standard software (Oracle UCM experience a significant plus)
Experience with information architecture best practice and taxonomy development
Experience optimizing results with corporate search tools (Autonomy, FAST, Oracle SES, etc.)
Experience with Enterpris

Regular and expeditious travel throughout the United States and occasionally overseas is required to meet client needs and timetables.
