Project Manager Responsibilities include: Coordination of multiple complex workstreams across technical infrastructure, functional design and development, testing, training and deployment project phases.
This includes planning project tasks and working out interdependencies of tasks.
Ability to recognize project issues and anticipate them throughout the project to facilitate delivery Tracking and resolution of issues in a diplomatic yet decisive manner Management and control of project scope and budget.
Regular management of client and team expectations.
Communication of project status in a regular, methodical manner to all project stakeholders, including steering committees and executives.
Ability to identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
