Project Manager Responsibilities include: Coordination of multiple complex workstreams across technical infrastructure, functional design and development, testing, training and deployment project phases. This includes planning project tasks and working out interdependencies of tasks. Ability to recognize project issues and anticipate them throughout the project to facilitate delivery Tracking and resolution of issues in a diplomatic yet decisive manner Management and control of project scope and budget. Regular management of client and team expectations. Communication of project status in a regular, methodical manner to all project stakeholders, including steering committees and executives. Ability to identify and manage project risks and opportunities. Compliance with all PMO project methodologies and processes Coach, mentor and manage business analysts as neededRequired Skills and Experience: Experience with Lotus Notes and/or SharePoint in a project management or technical capacity Demonstrated effective negotiation skills in a complex matrixed environment Ability to manage vendor teams while ensuring successful delivery Demonstrated project management skills Strong written and oral communication skills Excellent coordination skills Effective negotiation skills Sound leadership and motivational skills Ability to influence and work through others where direct reporting relationships do not exist Ability to form relationships within IT and with our business sponsors High levels of self-motivation Ability to proactively manage own stress levels and those of others Ability to make hard decisions and to consult with others sufficiently in the decision-making process Comfort working in a multi-cultural environmentDesired Skills:The skills listed below are desired for a number of projects.
