Schedule appointments and follow-up proceduresConfirm medical insurance eligibilityWork with billing companies to ensure reimbursementsPrepare presentation materials for symposiums and speechesBook travel plans (mostly domestic)Communicate with department heads to ensure proper flow of information They ideally would like to interview someone who has a college degree and has worked in a doctor's office before!!
