Job ID: 1366Position Description: This position manages admissions recruitment and staffing strategy.

This includes developing strategies for recruitment, filling all open staff and faculty positions, managing a team of recruiters, tracking and reporting.

1. Develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels for the admissions staff.

Participate in development of annual staffing plan and creates a predictable staffing model.

2. Supervise staffing team of employees to achieve objectives and staffing goals.

3. Direct the efforts of employment agencies, websites and search firms including negotiating and controlling employment-related fees within budget.

In addition, co- manage the annual procurement budget.

4. Schedule and attend job fairs and college visits as sources to generate qualified applicants.

5. Provide accurate information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants.

Manage interviewing and screening processes including reference checks, assessments, background checks, interview scheduling, travel, etc[^%dot%^

6. Showcase the Candidate Experience at an exceptional level from time of application to start date.

7. Develop and present training programs for managers designed to improve staffing efficiencies and reduce turnover.

8. Research, analyze, prepare and present accurate staffing-related statistics and data including time to fill, turnover, sourcing, pipelines, projections, etc. Maintain records on recruiting activities and progress towards strategy.

9. Consistently communicate with Vice President - Admission and Senior Director of Operations to develop action plans that address staffing needs and reviews activity.

10. Manage applicant tracking system and employee referral program.

Position Requirements

1. Knowledge: a) Bachelors Degree in Business or related field requiredb) 8-10 years of staffing/recruiting experience.

Sales recruiting or Postsecondary education recruiting experience desirablec) 5 years of Supervisory experience leading a teamd) Experience with setting up a staffing engine requirede) Strong knowledge of employment law required2.
