Director of Sales US and China Job in San Jose 95101, California US
Director of Sales US and China This high level key position is immediately available for a rapidly growing publicly traded semiconductor company with operations in both the US and China.
This vital leadership position will be responsible for determining and developing the overall world wide sales strategy to introduce this companys revolutionary accelerometer and subsystem products to China markets as well as strengthening relationships with existing key customers.
Responsibilities will include devising and developing revenue growth strategies and tactics that align with the company's market directions and product offerings, supporting revenue and design-win objectives by utilizing a team of global independent sales representatives and global distributors, developing sales and customer relations with key target customers, and identifying new market opportunities.
The ideal candidate must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and have a demonstrated success in introducing new products in to emerging consumer electronic products, semiconductor markets or biomedical and aerospace markets and collaborate with the executive management team in developing corporate business objectives.
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (preferably BSEE) or equivalent required, plus a minimum of 15 years in a highly visible global sales management role selling to consumer electronic manufacturers, biomedical, aerospace and OEM automotive semiconductor customers.
To be successful, this candidate requires an established network of contacts.
Excellent technical customer interface, communication and presentation skills required.
This position will be based out of the San Francisco CA area.
