Director Patient Care Services HOME CARE - Primary functions are to assist the Vice President to plan, organize, direct, coordinate, evaluate and provide clinical direction and supervision of patient care services for the Certified Home Health Agency Program.
Masters Degree in Nursing required.
Homecare and Oasis and icd-9 experience a must.
Minimum of 15 years of clinical experience with at least 7 years in a management capacity.
Experience in a variety of patient care delivery methods a plus.
Homecare Background is the biggie.
