Job Description: As a Director, Analytics, you will head the Analytics Team and be responsible for performing detailed analyses and providing metrics that support decisions in the Marketing organization.
Will work closely with marketing managers to understand business needs, translate business needs into data requests, develop actionable plans, analyze results and present findings.
Responsibilities: Provide bench strength for VP, Analytics Pursue opportunities where analytics can drive significant financial outcomes, typically where we should be making different decisions and/or where meaningful efficiencies exist.
Examples include customer segmentation, search engine optimization, tying customer satisfaction to re-usage, etc.Responsibilities would include strategy and execution for a subset of the following analytics areas: acquisition, retention, web, business planning, research, statisticsManage team of 10-15 analysts Skills and Qualifications: Excellent conceptual and analytical reasoning competenciesPassionate, curious and driven personality with demonstrated results focusDemonstrated effectiveness in managing and leading peopleExcellent written communication skills, specifically in synthesizing strategy and technical information into a succinct summaryEffective interpersonal communication and persuasion skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks/project management capabilityProficient in data access and statistical packages (SAS, SQL especially)Bachelor’s degree Track record of achievement in academics and work Experience performing and leading in highly analytical environmentsExperience managing P&L or ownership of significant P&L drivers a strong plusExperience in eCommerce and/or manufacturing a plus Equal Employment Opportunity Employer: If interested, please apply online at http://track.
