Manages all aspects of the operations within the Processing Center to include staffing analysis and strategic planning, hiring, evaluating staff performance, assigning and balancing workloads, and providing direction and leadership to staff in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.

Ensures that the Processing Center operations are efficient, cost effective and in accordance with ISO corporate policies and procedures.

Manages the Processing Center to ensure that opportunities to improve profitability, productivity, and quality and customer service are regularly identified and implemented.

Provides analysis and reporting on key performance indicators including product quality, staff efficiencies, and timeliness of services.

Identifies and implements improvements in workflow and internal processes as appropriate to improve profitability and overall customer service.

Provides coaching, training, and direction to staff in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.

Assists with establishment, monitoring and execution of short and long-range planning objectives.

Maintains an awareness and understanding of emerging issues and opportunities.The position is located in Marlton, NJ and requires full-time, on-site presence.
